At Taiba Goods, we take pride in creating thoughtfully designed products. Many of our items are made to order, helping us reduce unnecessary waste and produce each item especially for you.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

As many of our products are printed or embroidered on demand, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.

For items that are not personalised or otherwise legally exempt from cancellation rights, eligible customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise required by law.

Personalised or bespoke products are generally non-returnable for change-of-mind reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at support@taibagoods.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

Order Cancellations

Because many of our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after your purchase.

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once production has begun, we may be unable to make changes. However, this does not affect any cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
