All of our Haramain-inspired pieces are made especially for you once your order is placed.
Because these items are produced on demand, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

We will arrange a free replacement.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Returns without prior approval
As our items are fulfilled by a production partner, returns must not be sent back without contacting us first.
Unapproved returns may not be processed.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

Each item is created with care and inspired by the beauty of the Haramain.
Producing items on demand helps reduce waste and overproduction, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
